This log home in West Glover, Vermont was looking a bit rough. We worked on it over the course of the 2017 season and the transformation was impressive.
We started this log cabin restoration with media blasting the home, using corn media. The home was log washed before applying a finish. Instead of stain, the owners of this home opted for Q-8 log oil. We applied the Light Gold colored Q-8. And the result is a beautiful log home that really looks almost new.
